Jomar will conduct sessions at a customer’s plant, but we also invite customers to participate in classes held in our training facility at Jomar Corporate headquarters.
Jomar encourages customers, especially those new to injection blow molding, to participate in classes and familiarize themselves with both the machine and the process. Training is coordinated with the newly-purchased equipment that’s under construction or on a similar machine in our R&D laboratory. We cover all phases of machine/mold set-up and operation and also include basic electrical and hydraulic trouble-shooting.
Upon start up, Jomar process technicians will review all aspects of mold/machine set-up and operation. They will make sure the customer’s staff is trained in process and can extract the best possible bottles from their Jomar machine.
We consider education to be an essential tool in running an injection blow molding machine, so we include it free with purchase. Jomar wants you to succeed!

Well-Developed Training
We offer the best operation and maintenance training courses in the blow moulding business, including:
- 3-5 day training classes held regularly in our fully equipped classroom and testing facilities.
- On-site training as part of the machine installation package, instructing your personnel how to properly operate your Jomar.
- Process theory, as well as hands-on techniques for production and troubleshooting, together with fully detailed manuals are used on all of our courses.
