BREAKDOWN
If you are having a problem with your Jomar Machine, either IBM, EBM
or ISBM, before you ring the Jomar Service centre, it would help to
have the following information available.

Machine
Serial Number and machine hours |

Any
changes or items added to the machine by the customer |
|
|
Complete
description of the problem |
|
Is
it a machine safety related problem? |
|
|
Did
it occur at start up, in production or after machine maintenance?
|
|
|
Does
the problem occur in manual, dry-cycling or auto cycle? |
|
|
If infrequent, how often does it occur in 8 or 24 hours? |
|
|
Have
ready a list of the items you have checked to fix the problem.
Have ready a list of machine alarms (SLC503/504) and a list
of the lights for each card in the rack. |
As many
issues are related to machine servicing, we would also like to know
the following:

When
was the machine last serviced? |
|
|
How
often do you have the oil analyzed? |
|
|
How
often do you change the filter? Have you changed the oil recently?
|
|
|

have your machine drawings and bill of material available when
